CYC To Offer Free, Unlimited Resolution Rides January 2nd-6th

Free indoor cycling classes, free parking and intense 800 calorie burning technique makes it easier than ever for Austinites to get fit in 2013

Innovative new indoor cycling studio, CYC Fitness (as pronounced in cycling) is offering free and unlimited “Resolution Rides” Wednesday January 2nd thru Sunday, January 6th.

CYC’s making it easier to stick to those New Year’s resolutions than ever to with the free classes, free parking and intense classes that burn up to 800 calories per 45 minute session.

Austin riders are invited to start the New Year out right by booking one of CYC’s 47 bikes during the 7:00am, 12:30pm, 5:30 pm and 6:30pm “Resolution Rides.” Bike reservations can now be made at www.cycfitness.com. CYC, open for just under a month, is a smash hit in Austin is expecting a wait list so riders are advised to check back for openings.

The one-of-a-kind experience, created by CYC Creative Director Keoni Hudoba who was recently named “New York’s Best Gym Trainer,” combines a rigorous workout in a dimly lit setting with energizing music, live drumming and highly engaged trainers.  The intense ride pairs indoor cycling with techniques to activate the upper body and the core like boxing, crunches, and swimming.  CYC’s instructors, also known as Cycologists, use this format to ensure an exciting and effective workout that burns up to 800 calories per 45-minute session.
